SourceBenefits was started by John McAlister in Columbus, Ohio. With over 30 years of experience in working with individuals and small business owners and agents, John brings knowledge, integrity and solutions to the problem of dealing with the financial realities of today in a systematic, integrated way.

In 2001 SourceBenefits formed an alliance with Insurance Advisors, a national brokerage general agency, which specializes in long term care insurance. In 2007 John became and owner In IA and Vice President.
