was started in 1986 by John McAlister in Columbus, Ohio. With over 30 years
of experience in working with individuals, small business owners,
benefits brokers, TPA's and insurance agents, he brings knowledge, integrity and solutions to the
problem of dealing with the financial realities of today in a
systematic, integrated way.
In 2010 John formed a
strategic alliance with
BenefitBrainstorm, a leading authority
on and provider of discount benefits.
Markets include the health insurance industry, associations and other
large and medium size organizations.
John has a BS from Murray
State University where he majored in Business and minored in History,
Education and Military Science. He has been a stock broker and career
agent with two leading insurance companies, employee benefits broker
and VP of a national insurance marketing organization (IMO) . He
has been active in the Columbus
Chapter of National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) and
has served on the Board of the Columbus Association of Health Underwriters
(CAHU).
John and his wife Sally have
been married for over 30 years and have two grown and happily
married children and two grandchildren. His hobbies include
bicycling, hiking and political philosophy. During the 2000
election he was the Libertarian Party Candidate for U.S. Senate in
Ohio. He also serves on City Council in the Columbus suburb of
Gahanna.
